[PLEASE HELP ME !] I GOT BANNED FOR 1 BAD/TITLED GAME

I wasn't toxic all game and was tilted when an enemy jungler ganked me at lv 2. My jungler came to help but the enemy killed us both. I used teleport to get to lane and try to kill the riven who was super low but since I was down in level and got outplayed, she killed me again with just sliver of health left. The rest of the game was me trying to stack grasp of the undying, but every time I went in I was predicted with a stun and got chased down. After that, the game was horrible I was denied to farm and stayed away from my turret. If that wasn't bad enough, my ping went up to 900 during the mid game for some reason. So I had to sit at tower. I told my team it's really hard to 4 v 5 and we should just surrender to not waste more time of course. But they keep on playing and reported me after game instead. I believe I got 4 report that games and was instantly banned for 14 days. Overall, I think the ban is unjustified. I didn't feed on purpose I did try to fight it out but the snowball was too hard and riven keeps getting out with sliver of health, not to mention I was camped early game. From 2:41 (when you first died) to ~9:40 you died 8 times. You died more than once a minute, which is a supreme level of inting only possible by walking directly into the enemy off cooldown and then repeating once the gray goes away. You ended the match with 17 deaths in 26 minutes, which for reference was almost half of all kills for the enemy team. You also participated in a total of 2 kills (out of 14) on your team, one of which was the gank at the start before the suicide spree.

Since I'm not you or Riot I don't have access to the replay (maybe you are just supremely terrible and thought after the first 6 deaths it was worth diving head first into the 7th), but given that inting punishments are always extremely lenient and rare I suspect you did just int and are trying to get sympathy.

That's debatable because you can't really tell if the person is trying or not (there are some difficult games and ping/tilt doesnt help either). Let just say you assume that person didn't try. Are you gonna ban that person by your assumption or should you gather more data. By this ban it shows me that riot is assuming the player inted and then ban instantly .

I did not face check any bushes since she was pushing most of the times. Even at my turret ready to dive me. I had no choice, either lose farm and turret or stay and get dove. I do believe some of those deaths were desperate since she was so low and me trying to stack my keystone. Furthermore, it doesn't what division you are bad games/ tilted mentality can get into you, therefore you make worse decisions not accounting behind in farm level and exp. I do believe that a player should be punished if inted, but I do not believe that bad games, especially just from 1 single game can get you ban. For example, toxicity back then or even now get 3 games as an example of prove instead of just 1 game and you're done. Think about long term players, mistakes happens.

Ok, if it wasn't from 1 game, then riot should provide more evidence, not just that one game I played. As far as I can tell I was trying an up hill battle in that game and unfortunately it was too much. Furthermore, judging if a player is not trying, inting, and even being toxic from just from 1 evidence is too aggressive. When you are supporting your evidence in real life you dont just back it up with just 1 fact/assumption.
