make the Mage characters seperate from the summoned characters on the battle field and make it 20 playerbattles (10 on each side). and give your mage guy 3 command seals like in the show. so you can force your servant to use his ulty. I think it could be cool lol. idk im just a thinker.

It'd be a poorly-executed cash grab that gets support dropped within a year.
Might be doable if it's done in the same style as Apocrypha.
By that, I mean it's 5 on 5, each player is a mage and they choose the servant they bring to the battle. They act through their servant who has special attacks based on their weapon with their ultimate being the activation of their Noble Phantasm (scaled in some cases).
