When the game says the vote was not unanimous but there was 100% yes votes and 0 no votes, that means it WAS unanimous even if only 3 people voted yes instead of the required 4 or 5. So, maybe you guys need to go back to school.

Emphasis mine. Five people on a team, five votes. Four Yes and one Abstention is not full agreement or consent for the team.

i think if you don't vote during a surrender (you let the timer run out) your vote doesn't count. So if you have 5 players but only 3 voted, it'd be like if there were 3 players.
I mean irl if you don't vote on something, they don't automatically count it as no.
