They don't rework champs based on who needs it most, they pick champs they already have visions for. That's why Urgot took so long.

Nearly all of those champs dont need a rework

Aatrox is something they did mention are being worked on

Kindred... Sadly they mentioned is not in the radar, As they said they reached "Pure mediocrity" Like Aatrox had

And Shaco is just getting changes big enough to overhaul his power spikes.
