Hacked and don't know what to do.

There is a guy who has hacked me and keeps inting games on me. He made me lose my promos and then proceeded to play another game to. I have already asked for help from player support but they have not given me any specific answers and I am really starting to lose hope right now. I believe this guy has my login username and is using a keygen to get into my account because I have already changed the password before. He is still getting in and I would really prefer not to start all the way over again. Is there anybody who has answers? I dunno if you guys can go to my profile and look at my match history, but if you can, go look at it. You'll see a huge difference in how this guy is playing. He is playing random stuff with preset runes. and keeps leaving before the game has ended.
