I need some ranked play advice!

Ok, I have played league for little over a year now, Learned quite a bit, still have some to learn as well. I am however extremely frustrated with only winning 14-16 LP and losing 20-24 per loss. Whoever created this MMR algorithm was drunk, I swear it. lol Here is my stats link. http://na.op.gg/summoner/userName=Emissary I am happy to take anyone input, this is open criticism to try and become better. I have fallen from silver 3 to bronze 4, and in the grand scheme of things, have not played terrible. I always land on teams that feed lanes.... I mean my team has 12 deaths in the first 10 minutes. I can't dig my way out of this ELO. I occasionally play against gold and platinum players to learn and get better. And I hold my own against them. It's getting so fucking frustrating watching people that I get paired up with that can't play. Should I keep digging? Fuck it all? feed with them? anyone that is willing to take a minute to lend some help, I would greatly appreciate it.

I can only speak from a support side. As someone who went from silver 3 to plat 4 I can definitely say that patients is the key to climbing. I am 1000% on taking risk to make big plays, but to much do we get wrapped up in ourselves that we forget it is a team game. One thing that helped me climb was first to never engage in arguments. The moment someone starts to mock you, mute them. The time wasted typing is time you should be moving. Also it never hurts to ward, let it be your free or a pink.

Information is also key. A lot of times, we like to think what we are doing is obvious but it's really not, which leads to miscommunication. My personal rule of thumb, if I cant survive this encounter on my own, im not going in. This is usually when I am setting up a play or going in for a kill. While its important to support your team, you will support but them a lot more with less deaths.

In your games you on average buy no control wards. I can guarentee you dont ward up to the par of silver. Your last few games it seems as if you didnt do too bad fighting, however you went on a pretty horrible streak of losses with galio. I can guarentee being in bronze; 5 games in a row they were not all unwinnable, you just werent good enough to carry.

Dont tilt, dont flame. Ward, and dont die more than 4 times a game. Stop your allies from dieing through good shotcalling. Do all of this and you are already playing at a gold level tbh.

First advice : Do not play ADC and Support in low elo as they heavily rely on team. Play something that can 1v9 solo carry if you want to get out of there
