So, I want to be muted. I don't want the ability to talk.
I try, to not get frustrated with my team. But when they all act toxic, I can't help but get extremely pissed off.
I don't want any ability to talk to my team mates, please mute me from them. I don't want to get myself into a ban or trouble.

Say the shit out loud. Its what mosta the community that actually cares about winning does when theyre losing. The other half just troll "hehe its just a game better luck next time heheXDDDDDD".
Everybody gets angry, the chatbox is not the best way to handle it. You gotta find a way that works for you. Some people internalize, others cant.
my rule for games I'm feeling tilted is do not talk when I'm dead, and focus on the game when I'm alive. just whatever I do don't give myself the chance to start thinking about what went wrong, but what could have gone better.
haven't ever gotten a positive response from riot on this, so best bet is just moving the chatbox off the screen when you spawn or make it small enough that you can't read it.
You can request through a support ticket. I recommend before requesting this that you try other solutions. Have you tried muting your teammates and turning off all chat? As others have mentioned, try screaming outloud and just not pressing the enter button. There's a lot of good advice on this thread and I'd definitely take it before requesting a mute ;)
