I have no last season border (flag)

I ended platinum 3 last season and it even says it at my profile (which i think only i can see), but seems like I dont have the flag (last season border). I was eligible for rewards as i got icon and the aatrox skin and etc. What might be the reason?

u probably have the lvl boarder on.send riot a ticket otherwise
