Good question and define bait posting. If you mean bait titles or jokingly spreading false information, then I don't see why not if it's within the Universal Rules, appropriate, and obviously an April Fools prank (OMG they're finally actually deleting Teemo!!!). I don't speak for the mod team as a whole here though, this is just my opinion and I'll bring this up with them.

If by baiting you mean baiting into arguments or other negative discussions, then probably not
