Why can't i see downvotes and upvotes on the left of thread anymore?

Disabled because of downvote bots.

i made a post on this already. I was told by moderators that this is the only solution they could implement for the massive amounts of downvote/upvote bots there are, and that basically to do more, they need Riot to install more features internally, which probably won't happen for along time if ever.

I say leave them disabled. It's not a great feature anyhow.
