Quick Question for the new game mode missions

Having 4 augments or fewer,do we include the passive one(the auto) or we equipment 4 of our choices ? Same goes to the other 2 missions after it.

augemtns r the extras. u can have a maximum of 5 augments and then the default. so the missions do not include the passive
