I was honor 5 at the end of last season because riot said they were thinking of ways to get players ward skins so that they aren't purposely dropping honor rankings. That didn't happen as I only got the honor 5 ward skin, while the people who inted games to drop to honor level 4 got the best ward skin. Why is it that the dishonorable players of league are being rewarded?

if you inted a game to drop your honor level you would not go to honor 4 you would have gone to honor 0, so nobody inted as that would have made them not get any honor rewards, also the honor reward color that is best is in the eye of the beholder, the honor 5 ward has more flair then any of the other honor when you put it down.
Why is honor 4 better than honor 5? I was a day late on honor 5, so I got the honor 4 skin, and I don't see why people would value it more than honor 5. Honor 5 is sexyyyyy
