can't solve directx error

after a break i decided to play league again, though my comeback has been stopped by an unknown directx error. i have now been trying to fix this error for a while and has watched and read close to every tutorial for fixing this problem, though nothing seems to work, is there someone here who could possibly help me with this issue?

I am also currently having this problem. And now I got a penalty for leaving games when it wasn't my intention. I even uninstalled and reinstalled. Please let this be fixed so I can play again.
