Anyone else still getting that "Direct X" error?

Loaded up league and got into a game, immediately closed me out and received the infamous " An unknown Direct X error has occurred and League of Legends cannot start". Did they find a work around? I tried deleting the config folder but to no avail, I ran the repair tool with no luck and even checked my drivers.

UPDATE

restarted seemed to fix it, I got a similar error when loading up WoW so I assume its on my end. I restarted and was able to get into WoW, here's to hoping.
