I got enough money to buy anything. I was thinking of buying Tresh since his gameplay is quite similar to Blitzcrank, and since Blitz is always banned i can't use him in drafted. Is he worth? Won't I waste all my moni?
Suggest me some artyllery mages/ top laners with decent dmg and good armor too :) .

You're talking IP (soon to be BE) or RP? If you're talking about real money save it for skins, you can get champs without needing to spend real money.
If you're talking IP save it for now, there's an IP shop coming up that will have things you can't normally get with IP. You can always unlock champions later.
You should use that money to buy Ezreal and all of his skins.
