Because I don't rush Ardent Censer and choose to focus on protecting everyone with Redemption/Locket and applying Windspeakers everywhere instead of focusing on just the adc.
I guess I just have to understand that the 0/7/2 Lulu made more of an impact than my 1/4/15 Rakan because she bought Ardent and I got Redemption.

Ardent is broken. Need to be rushing it on any support that heals/shields. Redemption locket are good 2nd and 3rd items.
