How do you carry when you get countered and your whole team feed

I had a game with Twitch, 1/1/2 with 171 CS in 26 minutes

Couldn't do shit in lane due to the opponent countering me, my jungler never ganking me and perhaps my support not engaging enough (I did try to trades but it was way too risky)

My whole team fed and while I was intensely outfarming Ashe, I couldn't do anything due to how fed the enemy team were. How do pros usually carry this type of game ? I'm pretty sure I played it at the best of my ability yet I was powerless... I'm in Silver by the way
