Honor enemy players

Now that the new honor system has been out for a while, it it still missing one feature from the old honor system: the ability to honor enemy players after a finished game..

I really liked this feature, and find myself sometimes missing it when an enemy has surprised me by acting decently and non-toxic (ie by defending teammates who are being flamed in all chat, or generally trying his/her best to carry a lost game without flaming teammates)

Does anybody know if riot is considering adding this feature back into the game?

I mean, you can report enemy players for various reasons (ie afk, flaming or other), but there is no way to give feedback that someone on the other team played well..

i think it got abused by, honor beggers, trading honors in all chat.
