Vladimir is garbage

Been trying to get back into Vlad and wow is he in a terrible spot. Any top laner with Grasp is able to match his sustain, and even tanks can match his early game damage. Vlad is super weak early yet the only way to sustain is to be aggressive with empowered Q, the problem is other champions can just sustain off minions and play aggressive when you go for the empowered Q. His kit is really predictable and for what you're trying to get out of Vlad you might as well play Nasus or Red Kayn since they both heal infinitely more than Vlad.
