More bans for Draft and Ranked
We the current increase in champions in league of legends, it's only fair to say that we need an increase to how many champions that can be banned for ranked and draft.

you have to remember that even though we have 140+ Champions, not all of them are viable in Ranked
Draft is a bit more up in the air though, but they won't increase bans in one mode to not do it in another
how much do they increase the bans by
if they increase the amount of champions we can ban, even by double, it could increase the time spent in the pre-lobby and they already have that at a spot they like
how would they do it would it be you just ban 2 champions in the ban phase per person or would they do it where you ban 5 champions, a set amount of players get to pick their champions for their role, and then a second ban phase before letting the rest pick their champions
something like this might seem like a good idea, but there is the problem of implementing it as well as what effects it will have on the game
The issue with adding more bans is that it requires more champions to be played.
The most simple proposition here is to give each player 2 bans. Great now there is 20 bans and 19 marksmen. Including corki and kindred. Now if adc becomes a majorly prominent role, theres a very distinct possibility of 10+ of those being banned. People complain about a lack of diversity but this would take it way too far. Imagine a role being literally restricted to 7 or 8 champions. Or a more coordinated teamcould pick entirely hyperscaling champions like vayne, kyle and kassa and then simply ban all the early pressure champions that are strong at the time.
I would love more bans, there is just too much imbalance to not have it. Plain and simple, people who argue against things like this is what is hurting this community
we should have a rotating pool of like 60 champs to play with at a time down with 1 trick ponies
