Yesterday, as i logged in to the LoL client, i saw that the nunu rework was coming out tomorrow. I couldn't wait, yet today is the day it's supposed to be out and i'm still anxiously waiting for the rework to be on Live servers :/
Where are you Nunu and Willump D: ?
It tomorrow since the next patch hits on the 29th

The patch doesn't launch till Tomorrow. Don't ever read what they say in the client, cause it was incorrect the last time (for Akali). Everyone should know by now that patches launch on Wednesday.
