Is minion attack AI getting worse? By that I mean with just minions fighting in lane

with no one doing anything (noticed this in practice tool), and pretty much minions would ever 5 seconds just repick a new mininon (with nothing dying, no champions getting near) walk towards it. before it gets there, pick a new one, walk back, pick one right in front of it, try to walk ALLLLL the way around it to attack it from the back.

It just seems this is getting more prevalent as time goes on with LoL.
