Tired of Being Punished for Game Errors

Started a game and got yet another black screen error as the game finished loading. So I restarted my computer. Rejoined my team played well enough to actually win the game, despite being gone for awhile. Result. Riot gives me a loss and I get put in a lower priority queue due to me being AFK. When in fact I've never truly been AFK. 95% of my AFKs are due to the black screen bug...and every now then my connection may go down(I'm fine with being punished for that). I don't know what the fix is, but it's really frustrating to be punished because the game doesn't load properly. I know it's not my system because I'll go long stretches without it happening and other people report having the same issues. Winning is hard enough..I'm tired of having the game fight me too.

Also wanted to add I'm a CompE major, so I have an idea of how difficult fixing errors can be. Mainly just wanted to bring awareness to the issue/venting. o_o. And shout out to the 20 min queue timer I'm now in.
