WHAT DOES BALANCE MEAN RIOT?

i kinda wanna quit sometime becuase riot is sooooooo stupid with the balances they think making a champion broken vs other broken champ is balance becuz broken vs broken= Balanced wtf riot do someting.i regret spending money on a game that cant even balance it just get worse every season. the reason riot make a champ broken is becuz riot want to bring them to a meta again taht y riot make the champ broken just to bring back to meta wtf riot.from noe on i wont spend any money on this game i cant support a game that is unbalanced if riot want ot destroy themself with their way from balances then let them be eveyone just dont spend a money on this game ur only making riot make this game unblance just dont spend a money.
