Is it just me or are key fragments still erratic as hell?
Though part of this whole honor system thing was to make key fragments more regular. I'm Honor 3, and they're still kinda hard to come by.

Sometimes I get one, sometimes I get two. Sometimes I get none. Always on a login.
I feel like I get more now so I'll take it.
im honor 4 and ive only gotten them from the chests u get when u rank up. seems worse than b4 honestly

I think the delivery system of content through the honor system is stupid as hell. Why is it random? Why would you not just have progress bars to show how close you are to earning a chest or key fragments? If people actually KNOW what to do (be good, don't flame) in order to get the content they want or need (Honor Capsules, Key Frags) and how close they are to getting their next goody, would it therefore not improve the overall attitude of the community? If you could track your progress and how much honor/games you need to get your goodies, I think it would go a long way towards making people less verbally abusive and aggressive. But for some reason, Riot thinks that masking progress in the honor system somehow makes sense and somehow will cause people to instantly be dicks once they get their rewards.
In my experience I'm getting more key frags, but RNG is RNG
Like I never get a key frag immediately after a game, it seems to randomly spit out while I'm sitting on client or when I just come back from a break from League
It's so strange
But apparently every time a reward drops post honor 3 you get key frag/2 key frag/honor capsule off a random spin after the random spin to decide when your reward lands
