Riot, I don't understand why you gave me chat restriction. I understand I cursed. But as you see our mid started and he started first. He trolled and he got toxic so I just responded. I know I did bad. I know I need to get restriction but 23 is too long. Thats too much. I dont know how much u gave our mid ( ademoo) restriction, he needs to get punishment more than me. Please riot read this and respond

Rioters are barely active on the boards and usually don't respond to this kind of thread (player-behaviour). Feel free to check out the "Red Tracker"
You can submit a ticket and they can point out the stuff which lead to your punishment. You can also open a thread in the "Player Behaviour" subboard here where you can receive feedback from the community.
It's likely that you got a 25-game CR. I assume that you received a CR before? Then this is the correct next punishment for on-going negative behaviour.

Riot doesnt actively monitor boards, so you will probably not get a reply from them, especially not someone who deals with punishments.
Naming and shaming on here is banned, so you will have to edit out the name of the midlaner you say deserves punishing.
It doesnt matter who started. You broke the rules so you will be punished. *Punishments all follow the same pattern, it doesnt matter the severity most of the time. I think your next punishment is either a 50 CR (if my memory is correct) or you will start getting your account temporarily suspended.
