Seriously Epic????

So i just received a 10 game chat ban for absolute bullshit. We're playing draft everything is fine, we're winning lane and everything. I make a comment about nocturne wasting his R, and then all the sudden literally the whole team (they must've been in a group) started playing up on me calling me trash and telling me i should quit before i can even get a word in. I put the kid who started it in his place, without swearing at him or majorly insulting him, and then report them for being toxic. I log in now and i see that I am the one who gets the chat ban!? I don't understand... does epic not read the rest of the conversations as well? I got ganged up on, and now i'm the one who pays the price...

Am i going crazy or does anyone else see a problem here..
