Why league of legends have a terrible punish system

Hello, I'm an ex league player with 3 diamond 3 account. When I first started playing league, it was more than just a game. This game would just make me so happy everytime I played, it didn't matter if won or lost. IT WAS JUST SO FUN. However, as years passed, and I started learning the game more and taking it more competitively, I started figuring out all the flaws. As you get better at this game, the less you will enjoy it. Why? Back when I was bronze 5, I didn't know how to play the game, I didn't know how to talk shit. Why would I talk shit to make others feel bad? I just didn't see it. But as you get better, you start seeing other people's mistakes and it's really frustrating sometimes. You can't call them out for making those mistakes. Maybe once or twice, you understand. But if this player keeps making these mistakes and it causes you the game, you know how dumb that is? You can't report them for that. Because riot says "Please no toxic. He's just having a bad game." No one can deny that riot punishes players harshly based on their chat. No one gives a shit if someone is 2/10 as long as they're having a bad game. So I did a little experiment. I made 2 accounts. 1 account I would call someone out everytime they made a mistake. And 1 account where I literally inted but made it seem like I was just bad. Everytime I died I would just type "mb" and no reports. I call someone a retard for losing us the game? Instant warning and ban. And the player that failed my promo gets to continue losing other people's game. No one is gonna see this and I'm just ranting but I just want you to know riot that, you're punishment is actual garbage. I thought dunkey deserved his ban for being toxic. I don't see how people aren't toxic in this game. Mute everyone? you think you can mute a brainless piece of garbage player from inting and losing you the game? You can't just leave the game either because riot punishes you for that too. You don't get awarded for being good at this game. Riot is so lucky that overwatch has a shittier punish system. If overwatch had a better punish system, league would be so dead by now. Riot, you ban people for saying "kys", but you don't ban people that causes other players to lose. Why don't you get rid of the fucking chat ffs.

i didn't read it but still Riot Knows their game is addictive and they abuse that with this retarded system i know a friend " a rich one " got perma banned 3 times and came back to league every time and spent more than 3000$ on skins

I mean I get you. I just left a game because I got super fucking irritated, was behind, had an opportunity to come back but jungler negated the advantage that was given to me by taxing my whole goddamn wave twice. I appreciate a gank when behind, kills are super helpful, but when I'm down almost 20 cs because I'm a garbage adc (and playing sivir because why not, autofill) shit like taking 10-12 cs really tilts me. Instead of raging at them and spouting expletives (especially if they defend their retarded actions) I just leave, it's better than raging and getting my account banned, where as leaverbuster is automatic and gives you some games to work with if you don't leave too often.

Leaving games sucks sure but I suppose encouraging a 20 minute surrender just makes the entire experience easier on everyone involved, ruining one game where instead it might ruin their afternoon. I think of it as being an adult, walking away from a situation instead of making a fool out of myself. Add into the fact that my normal mmr is basically the same as my ranked mmr I have zero incentive to play normals anymore at this point because the game is taken just as seriously as ranked would be (albeit not skill wise, but people one-tricking and tryharding and raging) so it just adds to the shitty atmosphere I'm dealing with.
