Ornn's Masterwork Items Cost Efficiency Breakdown * r/leagueoflegends

Hello all,

I was doing some math on the new Zhonya masterwork and I noticed that it is no where near as gold efficient as the other masterwork items. It's actually, literally, not worth the gold. I linked to a reddit post I made breaking down all the items gold efficiency... I am pre-emptively thinking that the Zhonya's Paradox needs a bit of some loving, maybe +5 more armor??

Literally all of the masterwork items are not worth the gold until 6 items + elixir.

What you should be looking at is that getting additional armor lategame means nothing for a mage.

Other than maybe Infinity Edge or Rabadon's to spike your raw stats after 3 big items you shouldn't be getting any of Ornn's upgrades until endgame

Like they're 80-100% gold efficient for 1-2 stats only, most items are about that efficient or above 100% gold efficient PLUS they have additional passives/actives that add more gold value
