first win of the day?

So I noticed that the first win of the day rewards were mysteriously gone? and no mention in the patch notes about it either? Riot u already took away the ability to gain IP after every game and now I cant even get the little bit of essence u let me get in the game?? it will take me days to be able to afford any champions even with leveling up. For a free to play game its becoming more and more like pay to play...... please give me a stable way to get blue essence so I can unlock new champs.
