EUW VS EUNE opinions

hi guys, im an EUW player since season 4 and yesterday i started ranking on a EUNE account that i previously levelled up to lv 30. The first thing i noticed when my mmr got around gold 3-1 is the less communication in games but nothing else, players skill is the same i'd say for now, i didn't see anything different except the lack of english knowledge. in the next days i'll try to see what's up in platinum and diamond. What are your opinions about the servers' differences? (i'd like to see opinions of players that played on both servers)
