ok this my seem like oh Teemo is broken, hear me out look say I want to do something dumb and fun top lane and I get in lobby ban some one who counters my champ, then I get into game only to be surprised by a Teemo where he can run fast stop my FUCKING AUTO ATTACKS and place traps does that sound fun no it really isn't for a game where you can experiment with some stuff to see if it works Teemo just seem as if he is saying Nope you now have you get rid of your fun build but instead build full MR and still feed like I'm not saying get rid of him just nerf him or change his kit so its heathy

Buy Oracle trinkets/ pink wards, and bait out his blind before attacking.

They call him the devil for a reason, lol. Being serious though, Teemo isn't in a position to be nerfed as most high elo players know what to do in order to dumpster him. Certain items like Adaptive Helm, QSS, & Merc Treads are just some items you can use to beat him. Just don't try going for extended trades with him early as he WILL floor you, especially with Ignite. As for a Rework, Teemo won't be going anywhere for a long time (despite using the same abilities since Leagues Beta). If I had to give a rough estimate, Teemo would be looked at sometime around 2020 (since they did announce we're going to see more reworks & less new Champions).
