wait, are all the old skins still aviable during events, like Christmas?
seems like all the skins I thought were rare can be got every event anyway, like you can get all the halloween skins every halloween, ect. ??

Not all rare skins, but for the most part, yeah.
This year we are seeing a return of Urfwick at the start of the new season, he will cost 150,000 blue essence (pre-season). All IP you have will be converted 1:1 ratio to BE, your current BE will be multiplied by 6.5, runes are worth like 100 each for the most part, with 300 for quints, etc.
Something like that, you'd have to look that up individually. Other 'rare' or extremely limited skins are exclusive to the hextech crafting system nowadays (the RAF WW I know for sure is available through Hextech, or at least I'm pretty sure it is).
I'd rather not be permanently locked out of certain skins simply b/c I wasn't playing during a particular holiday season or had quite simply, not played the game at all at that point.
