Account suspended. Ticket RT?

Hey guys, first time posting on here. Just a quick question, i just discovered that my account has been suspended for suspicious activity which makes sense to me now since my friends list has messaged me saying that i sent them a message with a link. At first i did not pay to much mind to it but now that my account has been suspended ive realized its actually serious. I opened a ticket and was just wondering what is the RT for tickets ??

Around 24 hours I think, sometimes more.

Sometimes a day, sometimes more, just depends on how busy they are. Whatever you do, don't update or repost your ticket out of impatience - it boots you to the bottom of the queue, you'll just be waiting even longer.
