What are your Thoughts on them? Personally I love and hate some. The Spammers annoy me but just like the older Mastery Spammers i can mute them pretty fast, so its okay. I also really enjoy using the smug 
from while to while when having fun with fellow teammates/enemies.

The stickers are a nice addition for the most part and generally i dont mind them when used with good/positive intent. I often dont run into people who use them negatively be when i do i mute them pretty quickly. Spamming the jinx laugh emote 24/7 and especially after getting a kill is going to lead to a mute

its good for weeding out ppl to blacklist
If you're talking about emotes, most of them look like ass. A totally different art style probably by a totally different artist, that results in it looking like the "hecho en mexico" version of the champion so to speak.
