I think that if a game is going bad and 3 people want to quit they should not be stopped by 2 players who either grouped pre-made or just want to troll and keep the game going. surrender votes should be a majority rules. what are your thoughts? if we get enough upvotes maybe they'll change this feature in game.

It already is determined by majority, it's just the vast or overwhelming majority meaning it needs to be 75-80% or more. I would rather people stopped giving up the second the game got a little hard, people surrender way too easily. Not everyone is "trolling" just because they don't want to forfeit.
Actually, that just kind of proves how horrible everyone's mentality is. If the game isn't a stomp, it's an instant loss and you should FF. If you dare vote no because you see an opportunity to scale and come back, you're a troll.
While I see where the above two are coming from, I agree with the OP, and here's why: Usually, if a couple people are losing and they try to ff, the rest of the team will vote no anyways which means it would fail 2-3. I rarely am in a game where the vote is 3-2 that I don't think someone is just trolling or trying to force us to stay in game. While people tend to have a weak mental, usually people ahead in their lane will vote no anyways and if your team is legit all behind like, 0-8 in kills, behind in cs and down 2 turrets, while you can come back, it just won't a lot of times.
I wish I kept a count of the number of games I've won with a 3/2 vote.
i dont mean the "we're still close maybe there's a chance" i mean the games where the enemy is 27-8 and have all but one of your outside turrets and they have all their turrets but one games. i dont easily through in the towel either, but if the vast majority of the enemy teem is fed and the team your on is all feeding except one and the team keeps loosing team fights then that should be just over with. especially when you walk into lane and keep getting 3 man ganked or cc'd so hard you cant move while you watch your health bar get delete.
