Riot support team is a complete and utterly joke.

INTRO

Hello my name is WetLettuce20 in game and I recently got banned for intentional feeding somehow in a game. I played Katarina for the fourth time ever and I went 1-15-2 which I know is bad but when u take my other games with her I've gone 0-6 0-10. 3-13. All bad scores so this isn't something new at all. Also I talked to support on live chat I talked to Mr. Feedy. Agent 007. borrower and cammy as well and they all said it was intentional. Now let me explain to you why it wasn't and the arguments they gave me which I countered. Couple of things to keep in mind when reading this post is that my teammate in game was a NuNu who was in fact intentionally feeding because he was mad and my mid laner was afk telling people to intentional fed mid lane

REASONS

"You had ghost and cleanse as your summoner spells and had movement items!" - Mr. Feedy

Yes I had these spells as my build in Katarina but you have to understand I was playing a normal non ranked draft pick game. Which is all about experimentation and seeing how you do well in different builds. Ive gone flash and heal in top lane instead of being advised of taking teleport and flash and seeing how I did well I continued to use that build I can't be banned for using summoner spells and that can't be used as a argument seeing as I can experiment/express my champion with any build I want

yes I did go 1-15-2 but that does not mean I was intentional feeding if you where to look at my other scores I went 0-10 0-6 3-13 which are all equally as bad and if you were to replay the gameplay I actually played the game didn't run it down mid lane and played how I should have I'm just bad at Katarina. which should be no reason to get banned at all and not a valid argument I'm sure that there has been times where u go 0-10 and people say your intentionally feeding but your really not.

"Your teammate was literally feeding with the same build" - Mr. Feeny

Yes my teammate was feeding and yes we had the same build but I am in no way shape or form responsible for his actions and just because he fed doesn't mean that I should be held accountable for the way he played if he fed then he fed I am not him and he is not me. He did get banned and will not be putting in a support ticket or making a board like I am because he knows he's in the wrong but once again I am not responsible for how he played and that is unrelated to the matter.

"You played over-aggressively" -** Borrower **

Sure I played over aggressively but who wasn't at times? Im literally a Katarina I'm all about speed, being aggressive, swiftness, and doing things quick and to accomplish that I have to be over aggressive. I didn't run to his tower directly the whole Time and I didn't just run it down mid lane not doing anything I played like a noobie because that is exactly what I was playing that champ a newbie! Im not sure how in any way I played over aggressively and if you where to check out my gameplay you could decide that for yourself but in my opinion I wasn't I was playing normally.

"Theres more to intentional feeding than just running it down mid lane or trolling but I can't give you these examples because I can risk future investigations and we can't say our examples because then people would find out and find a way to bypass them to not get banned" - All support team I talked to

What exactly does this even mean exactly? You are telling me you can't give me examples as to why I was banned to make sure other people don't avoid that example to not get banned. So your pretty much saying that you want people to get banned because if they don't know all the ways they could get banned then how are they gonna know any better and accidentally do that one thing you mention you can't say and get banned. ??? as a league of legends player I think I deserve to know all the ways I could get banned so I make sure I DONT end up doing them. In all honesty I think this was just a excuse that support team uses as a way to say "I got no examples and I can't/won't do anything for you and I'm not trying to look dumb so heres my argument" Which I think in my mind is a poor way of doing your job as a support.

"if you're developing a negative experience for other players, your account will be penalized accordingly" - Mr. Feeny

This argument doesn't suffice to anything I did because he can't even give a example to how I gave players a negative experience and when I ask borrower for examples she says "I can't give you examples in order to protect future investigations" once again another way of saying "Sorry I got nothing" pretty much from the support. And anything can fall under the category of developing a negative experience from cursing out players to simply even dying once .

"You where being toxic in pre game lobby"

This is the only good argument I've seen from the support and I can agree to being slightly toxic because my teammate banned my main when I declared myself that champion ( main btw CX) I called him a autist and told him to use his eyes and brain and while this is a bannable offense that is NOT what I was reported for there for I shouldn't be held for my actions on that insult and should not be punished for it because I was banned for INTENTIONAL FEEDING not TOXICITY.

CONCLUSION

In conclusion to this terrible experience with support I would like to say that I did participate in surprise gank attacks, My Mid laner was AFK the whole game and told people to intentional feed which idk why he's not banned for and my NUNU was feeding mid lane the whole time, I couldn't get more kills because my whole team was feeding the enemy team and I was a new player to the champion, When my mid laner told people to start intentional feed I was saying "No don't do that instead help mid". In all awareness of support team and talking to them for hours I ended up getting banned from live chat because I talked to so many members about the issue and kept pressuring them to do there jobs. In all fairness the only good support was borrower which I liked because of her attitude towards the situation and how she even Brought IRL people to take a look at my game which other support members didn't even bother to do so big ups to her. But yeah um..... riot your support team sucks cx*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*
