When will Neeko be available?? When the Wintersnow Event launches???

In the Notes it says '' sometime during 8.24''. So I would presume she drops when the Events starts. Right???

I thought she was getting released tonight. But idk nothing seems updated in my game yet its weird.

Event Begins Thursday December 6th 8am PST. That's when shop/missions/Nexus Blitz/everything turns on, including Your shop!

EDIT:She is available is the shop rn.
