Twisted Botline

What is the deal with Twisted Treeline 3v3? Historically it has been one of my favorite gamemodes to just jump in and have some fun, but I've played 10+ games in TT in the last few days and without fail every single one has been ruined by a bot or multiple bots. I'm not a player who reports people often but after every game on TT I find myself having to report 2-3 players on both teams for being straight up bots! I was in one game a few hours ago where I was the only human player in the game! Once you get used to it it isn't hard to recognize a bot, the name, the build, the pathing, the insane feeding and random skillshots into nothingness.

My question is: is anyone else having problems with TT? I can't even play 10 games in that mode and have 1 decent game. More to the point why isn't Riot doing anything about this at all? It's extremely rare to get a bot in SR ranked but to get a TT game with 6 human players today is literally impossible. What gives?
