i know i am gonna get allot of hate for this so any haters in the comments can just go shove it. but i think that is extremely broken. more so than and MAYBE (neither saying yes or no) . continuously gains AP every time he casts a spell and on takedowns. he could feed off of minions cause his Q lets him gain free AP every time the target dies. and takedowns are stupid easy to get. a simple E and W combo will take a good 1/2 off ya. maybe 2/3 if resist is weak. then can finish off with another W since it gets cooldown based on how much Phenomenal Stacks he has and when R is available he'll shove that up your ass while you are stunned by E. and his R is stronger based on how much health you have left. there is obviously no downside to him that i am aware of.

Stop playing non mobile (no boot having) naturally squishy champions who buy no MR against him, it does wonders.

Also no...Veigar doesn't get CD on his E based off his passive, what are you talking about?

He's a kog'maw type champ, a ticking time bomb, sooner or later he's gonna delete you with his R you just gotta know how to pressure and close the game before.

OP veig isnt OP simply because every single one of his spells are skillshots and his damage only ever affects a few targets or a small area.

He is extremely reliant on his E to land his W which makes him particularly vulnerable to mobility and cleanse effects.

Having read the thread about you getting smashed on Ashe vs one i can only feel bad for you, Ashe gets shit on by pretty much everything if she tries to honestly fight, and i say this with her being my second most played.

veigar? By the time you as Ashe meets him for the first time usually he will have 2-3 items and unusually high AP which means that you at 2-3 items have no chance in heaven to personally go near and survive him, all you can do is stun him with your ulti in order to let someone else on your team do the actual damage to KO him.

Ashe is everything veigar likes, immobile, squishy, average-low effective range and ontop of everything she needs considerable time to even start dealing any proper DPS.

If you want a champ that is right and proper terrifying comparatively look at Syndra, you as Ashe have absolutely 0% chance of surviving a close encounter with her, heck she can even attack from further away than veig can and kills you just as quickly.

Lategame Syndra with a perfect ult deals more than 2000 damage before resistance mitigation, and you call veig OP´.............the bliss of ignorance or just fuming about being stomped recently?
