Question about honor ?

I just hit honor 4 a few days ago. I’m not sure if I’ll hit honor 5 in the next 27 days but I know I may hit it before the start of season 10. Does anyone know if I would still be eligible for the two chromes if I hit it after the end of season 9 in November?
