Refused too many games BS

Is there a way to turn off automatically being rejoined to the queue? Because I am sick of the bs "You have declined too many games". Frickin someone else dodges and I have about .000000000001 seconds to run back to my computer and accept the rejoin, can't make it, and then get told I declined and get a penalty. Effing BS. Why should I get penalized because someone ELSE dodged and Riot has the frickin timer for rejoins set to like 1/1,000,000 of the normal accept time? Keep the timer the same, get rid of the penalty, or at least give us a way to opt-out of auto-rejoining (or if there IS a way where the h**l is it)?
