Why does Riot have such children working the ban system?

See I understand bans for racial slurs, aggressive behavior, and certain words in chat logs, but I have never truly seen bans for feeding (unless 0/8 or admitting to feeding). I'm chat restricted for just typing to someone, having a legitimate argument because their impact on the game was taking farm. Just because i referenced to the fact that they're wasting people's time and that says a lot about their character, I get chat restricted? Come on Riot. I've played this game for too long for you to go this way. You're balance team has no real concept of this game, nor do your higher ups. The problem nowadays is there no chance of end game, so there's no need for an ADC or carries who need gold. The game is just a Sh@t show, give the chance of late game through higher base tower health, or regen. Or bring back some of your old ideas like smiting any jungle camp for buffs? Something to make this game better. Something to keep your community here, and not these children who get butt hurt from dying once and inting after that.
