It appears this Hextech unit has a bad motivator. Please try restarting your client. If you continue to see this message please try again later; there may be issues with the service.

I have encountered this bug for hours trying to unlock championship zed gold chroma and have been patient and this bug continues to happen. The server status has not changed and proceeds to not allow me to redeem the loot. I just want to get the chroma and play the game pls.

Chromas aswell as borders are not unlockable for me aswell. Its rly frustrating if you consider some people like me bought a pass to get these items as early as possible.

I've looked at twitter and the boards and riot still has not done or said anything about this bug and it has been going on for at least 24 hours now.

It's been the weekend. What's more, it's the weekend before Worlds starts. I'm pretty sure Riot let their staff go home and spend one last weekend resting before crunch time sets in as we get into Worlds + Pre-season.

It'll get fixed Monday, most likely.

I can solve this, the client with the stash world tokens are bugged, so that's the problem, to fix this just have to go that amount with the unbuged worlds tokens

I've also experienced this issue for the whole day, i also thought it would be foxed on monday but it doesn't seem like it's working at all. Glad to know that im not the only one with this issue though

I finally got mine to work, idk how just did, but now I'm getting an error everytime I try to select the Thresh chroma, lol spend 400 points on it and can't even use it
