If i play with low elo friends, will there be other high elo in the game because of me

I'm plat but i wanna play with my friends, when i do does that mean that we might get other high elo players when i play with them, or even people with high MMR because of me?

The system will try to average out your MMR and match you with a team of the same average MMR so don't be surprised if some higher elos are on the other team.
