In my experience after you get adaptive helm or spirit merc treads, it basically becomes useless.. He hits you hard early on but this counter fizzles out real early imo and in the long run singed ends up being much more useful late game. Now, i am a pleb so my opinion might be wrong but 9/10 it seems like that teemo always ends up losing the game unless their comp is just bad for singed.
well, the shrooms can slow you down if the teemo is smart enough to recognize your routes, otherwise, not much else.
Youre asking why people pick teemo to counter him, but then list items that he wouldn't have until 20 min in. Teemo is a lane bully. He continually pushes you out of lane until you are useless. And he doesn't have to chase singed, the poison does the work.
Because of the hybrid nature of his builds. It's more consistent to build Teemo's on hit build that includes mallet. Which is exactly what I take vs a singed, and most other bruisers and tanks.
People are so Gaga for the AP build (understandable) but going that route means Teemo is significantly more squishy and you have to play conservative unless you get the early lead.
