does reporting even work?
just curious, because i never see any action being taken against the guys that i report even when they are very offensive etc.

Just take a look at the player behavior section on the boards. It definitely works.
if i go by the behavior section it looks like it definitely doesn't work
your definition of very offensive is different than the system's definition of very offensive. Maybe grow thicker skin and start reporting only those who deserve to be reported, and you will see that the system does work. So far i've reported 3 people on this account, and got the message saying a player i reported has been punished 3 times. I only report if the players are being toxic for real, not those who say "you fucking suck" once or twice.
when i ment very offensive i ment "fuck your mother" type of insults, so the guy that wanted to fuck my mother my sister and my family is still playing, the guys that started conversation with "what about you fuck off" is still playing etc etc etc.. aaaaaaaaaaaand today i got this Thank you for getting in touch. Here are the offensive chat logs, and where you retaliated instead of using mute and report:

for context after a nice but unsuccessful Jax gank i wrote "nice try jax" his answer was "fuck off". oh he is still playing like nothing but he reported me for this and i got suspended. this is bullshit and im probably not gonna wait those 2 weeks and just uninstall and move on. it was fun until it lasted, been here since season 2 its a shame im going away like this.
