If you got a question about a removal, you can always pop into the Discord and ask for clarification. I looked at your removal and it was political in nature so removal worthy. However, I personally don't think that a warning about being banned was really necessary in this case, however, the context for this warning was to basically stop posting political threads or else it could escalate since that is something we really do not want on the Boards. We can discuss as a team better ways of wording things so that people don't feel they are on the edge of being perma'd for a minor offense like back in the good ol' days (remember being threatened with a perma for every offense? fun times).
Sometimes threads stay up longer than they should because we are just volunteers with different time tables and real life responsibility. Modsquad had this as their daily job whereas some of us have jobs and other responsibilities. If you see a thread that absolutely needs to be removed now (such as inappropriate images, spamming racial slurs, etc....) you can always bring it to the Discord so immediate action can be taken by whomever is available. Otherwise, just hit that report button and we will see it and take action as soon as possible.
I'm all for more consistent moderation, but you have to understand, we're not going to get anywhere as long as the mods are volunteers with other responsibilities in their lives. Being a mod doesn't support a person or enable them to make a living, so unless you're willing to foot the bill for them giving their working hours exclusively to moderating the boards, you'd best chill out and buckle up. They're doing the best they can. Crying about inconsistency is pointless when both threads were technically moderated eventually.
