Stupidity penalty
I feel that Riot should implement a penalty for individuals that throw games as a result of their clear stupidity. For example, if 4/5 people vote against you, you should lose double the LPs for that loss. Thoughts?

Too easy to be abused. While I agree that someone who intentionally throws a game should, in theory, be punished more so than those who tried to win, it would never work.
theres a common expression i use it very often in this day and age " you can't fix stupid"
