Veteran Players' Plea For Help

As a last resort i will ask the community for help.

A season 1 veteran here, I have played this game since the beginning on my beloved account, never owned a smurf, started playing ranked in season 2, ended my first 2 seasons in silver, then in season 3 i made it my mission to become diamond, and in season 4 i became diamond, was the best feeling ever. After hitting that sweet Diamond i started playing more casually, getting some games in when i was off work, and have played like that ever since.

And today when i tried to log on, it said the one thing i thought it would never say "Permanently banned due to scripting" And i have NEVER used any sort of third party software. first i think, that it can't be true, but slowly it sinks in, and true enough there is 3 games on my account that i haven't played myself.

I'm not sure, since i have never had any problems, but the message that i can read when i try to log on "This action will not be reversed" So if anyone have tried anything similar, can tell me if there is anything to do it would help a lot.

I don't want my memories of TPA upsetting Azubu Frost, CLG EU's Comeback vs Moscow 5 or the feeling of hitting my goal of Diamond after 3 years of practicing through the ladder - be destroyed by 3 games a hacker played on my account and there by, removing my little spot in the history of lol.

Therefor i plea to you, the community, to help me get my account back.

Sincerely a summoner in need.

Support ticket, view your match history, you could have been hacked and some asshat hacker could have been scripting

i just went through the same thing. only thing i can think of is to send in a trouble ticket, site the reason for the ban, and thenprovide any type of info you can, like a screen shot of the match history or anything like that, and then wait it out. its frustrating, but youll eventually get someone that will help you. just make sure you dont bump your ticket too many times as it just takes longer to get to. also, be polite with them, and they'll help you out as much as they can. also make sure the account you use is the one attached to youre account, youre going to have to provide them with some info on the account to varify its youres. and then just be patient and wait. once again, it sucks, but its the only thing you can do. i wish league had two step verification, that way if you have it linked to youre phone, or another email, youve be able to get notifications of who is on youre account.
eitherway, im hoping they help you like they did with mine, and hopefully youll be back on the fields. hate that things like this happen cause of some sick asshole wants to get his kicks and ruin other people's accounts
